How it All Began

Our story begins with Decorative Veneer in Plainwell, Michigan where we built the first UV cured powder coating system for MDF in North America.

Decorative Veneer moves its operations to Cleveland, Ohio and rebranded as DVUV. To this day DVUV produces MDF components for the healthcare, home and commercial office, education, and retail industries. 

Keyland Polymer UV Powder begins working to develop, formulate, and manufacture UV curable powder coatings for the DVUV production line.

Keyland Polymer UV Powder begins development of proprietary solid resins for UV curable powder coatings

Keyland Polymer produces its first production scale volumes of polyester and epoxy resins.

Keyland Polymer UV Powder successfully cures its powder coatings with a UVLED array.

Keyland Polymer UV Materials Spain is established to expand our global reach and distribution.

Keyland Polymer UV Materials Spain establishes a fully staffed UV cured resin development laboratory and expands its production capacity for solid resins.

Keyland Polymer UV Materials Spain produces the first production quantities of UV cured resins at its new production facility.

Keyland Polymer UV Materials Spain and DKSH enter an exclusive agreement to distribute Keyland resins in Europe and Asia.

Keyland Polymer UV Powder expands its offices and R&D laboratory.

Keyland Polymer UV Powder assists in the installation of a UV powder system for coating heat sensitive foam core metal doors for commercial and industrial buildings.
