Over the years we have developed strong relationships with the leading equipment manufacturers in the coatings industry.

Through these relationships we have advanced both our knowledge on their product offerings and expanded their knowledge on UV-curable powder coating’s capabilities. These relationships have helped us both determine which applications are best suited for UV-cured powder coating.

Our Goal

Our goal is to bring UV-curable powder coating finishing chemistry and curing technology to the forefront of the market – replacing end of life solvent liquid and thermal powder coating systems or adding a new finishing system with increased capacity.

How We Work

When a project is presented to us we first determine if UV-curable powder coatings would be a good fit. If so, we then develop and test the UV powder formulation on the substrate for your evaluation.

Once we determine the coating will work for the application, we then involve the system integrators and equipment manufacturers to design and engineer a turnkey UV-cured powder coating application system.
